  • On day 15 with a dead TV after TWC sent incompetent sub contractors to hook up a up an allegedly FREE box. Techs were more worried about drug testing and having to replace my tv out of their pay than getting my tv working. Keep getting put off by the sub contractor Quantum/Spectrum. I am days from returning equipment and cutting the cord. I am a senior and disabled. TWC is clueless.
