First visit was a mixed bag. Was looking for a birthday present for my son-in-law. Settled upon a cooler but couldn't decide between a DC powered on, a Yeti and the Cabela version of the Yeti. A very helpful associate showed up by the name of Sam explained the pros and cons of the DC one and carted the two coolers to one location to compare the two. If that had been our total experience would have given 5 stars, but. . . it was 5 minutes to closing time and the cashiers were ready to go home. When we showed up to pay got a disgusted look from the checkout clerk. She was gabbing with her friends and didn't want to see us. Think her name was Tiffany?? Way to make a pleasant experience turn sour!
