  • Rick & I were in Scottsdale for 6 months when I developed low back pain. Dr. Chad was excellent at treating me and guiding me back to complete health. It was refreshing to have such a caring & knowledgeable Chiropractor. Thank you for your guidance!! I would highly recommend him to anyone! Along the journey we enjoyed getting to know him as genuinely great person! We will miss you as we head back to Michigan. See you next fall! Thank you..Bonnie
