WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The staff acted like we weren't worth their time. We had 4 girls who were looking for bridesmaids dress and no one was around to get us a fitting room, AND THE STORE WAS EMPTY. I expect this type of service on a busy saturday afternoon, but they had maybe one other bride there.
The consultant who finally helped us ordered the wrong dress. I got a phone call a month later stating they made a mistake and they didn't have the size I needed. They had to order me a dress 3 sizes too big so I could have the same dress as the other girls!!! They offered to comp my alterations, but I live out of town so there was no way I could use them (which I wouldn't even if I lived near by). So I'm stuck paying for their mistake.
When we ordered our dresses, they were running a free shipping special. When the right dress finally came in, they sent me an email stating I needed to pick my dress up in 2 weeks because they do not hold orders. When I called the store to explain to them that I had asked to have it shipped and that I live too far to pick it up, the manager took my information and said she'll take care of it. I still don't have my dress and I keep getting emails saying that they will only hold the dress for so much longer. When I called for a second time, someone took my name and number and I haven't heard back from them.
David's bridal doesn't take responsibility for their actions and I plan on contacting my credit card company to final have them dispute the charges and get my money back. Don't go to this store.
