  • Unprofessional staff, for the most part. I only dealt with one nice person. They tried to tell me I needed insurance on the car (Insurance was paying for the car because I was in an accident) and my insurance advised me that this is false and a sales gimmick. Most insurances cover their customers no matter which car they are in, and in this case, that applied to me as well. I was pleased with the rental car, it was clean and had no issues the two weeks I had it. Other than the awkward and unprofessional employees that misled me, it was good.
