| - I would consider this Red Robin, with some plusses and minuses.
Inside Harrah's casino you'll find this place. Although it was unexceptional in feel and overall taste, it was nice to see brie as an option for a turkey burger I had.
Red Robin's burgers although mass-produced are always assembled cohesively, like the ingredients were meant to be together. My turkey burger minus bacon however, consisted of a flat patty, uninteresting seasoning and the baby greens were haphazardly thrown on. There were two standard-sized slices of brie in the middle of the burger only :/ The fries were fast food fries.
They did have sweet potato tots and they were really sweet--almost like candy. Odd. Very odd. But I'll tell you, if I could handle milk, I would have tried their Captain Crunch milkshake; it just sounded good! Maybe it's because of Momofuku's cereal cookies that makes it sound appealing. And we ordered the macaroni and cheese sticks. No complaints about them.
The thing that is supposed to set them apart as a burger place is that they are a vodka bar, and they had about 16 to choose from. I like vodka, but if average-at-best food is supposed to be married with fine vodka, I think I'll step off the train at this stop.
But if this idea appeals to you, check them out. I'm not a burger eater so maybe the burgers are exceptional and I just missed out.
