  • I have to say that is best auto dealer in the Las Vegas area, and that I had the most amazing experience here. I was a previous Kia owner and had bought 8 Kia vehicle from Henderson Kia a few blocks away. Even with this loyalty, I get no appreciation and concern from the company. The latest problem was on a 2015 Sedona van that I absolutely love for my family, but the AC wasn't working. As everyone knows, that cannot be acceptable in 115 degree Vegas weather. The dealer tried to help, but Kia corporate stated that 70 degree air coming out of the vents was normal! I couldn't take it anymore. I went down to the Cadillac dealer nearby. Sergio, who formerly worked for the previously named dealer worked here now. Like he's helped me in the past, he was able to get me out of this vehicle with a full year left on my lease, no problems and hot me into an amazing 2017 XT5 with a lower payment and the same terms! The air is amazing, on top of the car being a very stylish and well built vehicle. He was very sympathetic to my situation and was perfect through the whole buying process. After initiating the deal, I finished my deal with LJ. I couldn't believe I met someone just as awesome! LJ was so friendly, personable, and he made us feel like family. He made the process even more comfortable and made it feel like we were friends for years! Instead of an auto purchase deal, it felt like hanging with an longtime friend! I highly recommend this dealership and Sergio and LJ for all purchase needs. This dealer is top notch too in terms of facilities. I would have no problem waiting for service in a place this gorgeous. As soon as I'm able, I plan to get my next vehicle here very soon! If you're in the market for any kind of luxury vehicle, come here first!
