The food is damn good, but Flock's growing pains in the transition from the Adelaide pick-up spot to this new sit-down restaurant on Harbord are apparent.
The price point is a bit off for the quality and portion size and the service isn't quite where it should be. You pay slightly too much and the servers are over worked.
I think Flock is a welcome addition to the rather competitive Harbord St restaurant corridor, but it'll take more time before these guy have settled in.
