  • I used to like this place a lot, but the last time I came here, I scheduled an appointment on line for a simple oil change, and it took three hours to process. Not only that, but they lumped in some additional fees that I had to dispute, which, granted, was resolved, but the fact that I even had to go through that process when no other car service vendor that I go to would make me go through that is a clear testament to the common business practice that Pep Boys follows. Not coming here again.
