rev:text	I'm not a fan of sushi, but my boyfriend LOVES the stuff. I took him here on his birthday and he day dreamed and talked about the sushi he ate all night. He NEVER talks about food, just not really interested in the stuff, but Celsius sushi did it for him. He got the Nigiri Salmon and said it was his favorite. They don't skimp on the fish here. It was laid completely over the bed of rice. He also ordered the Vegas roll, and enjoyed it tons. He also had the Dragon roll, and said it was pretty good but not his favorite sushi of all time. That was the one with eel topped on it. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was served over a nice bed of rice. Delicious! They don't skimp on the sauce here. For starters we ordered the Tempura Veggies, and I wish it had come with more, because I wanted to eat the entire place myself. I do NOT like mushrooms, but battered and fried they are my new best friend. I have nothing bad to say at all, and I'm one picky food eater. Expect a bit of a wait on Saturday. Saturday is ALL day happy hour.
