I have currently been with the National Home Warranty for a year and have had nothing more than a positive experience with them. We purchased our home last year and the seller agreed to pay for a home warranty for us for the first year. When I researched the various warranties I actually chose this one based upon the needs for our property. During the year I have had to use them multiple times for various plumbing issues as this is an older home here in Las Vegas. I have also had to use them for a garage door issue in the very beginning as well as a minor air-conditioner issue regarding the thermostat. When I call the company I have had nothing but polite, courteous, and professional individuals who have helped me in both the call in center where you first report the issue and with residential services. All individuals, i.e. Plumbers and technicians for the issues, have been courteous and knowledgeable. Also I have never had to wait to speak with someone regarding the issue and have always received a prompt callback from residential services to set up the appointment time always on the same day. Most of my needs have been with the plumbing and often they will send a plumber within one day or two days at the most. I have friends who have had major issues in that area with other home warranty companies and I have actually recommended National Home Warranty to them. I just called yesterday to renew this warranty for another year. Owning a house that is close to 4000 ft.² with 3 air-conditioning units and that was built in 1982 has some risks and issues that I feel comfortable having a warranty especially with the older plumbing. In looking at the other yelp reviews it really surprises me that this company has had so much negative feedback because I truly have had nothing more than a positive experience with all aspects of this company.
