  • Trust everything you are about to read... Not only in my review, but in every review. I had spent a WEEK making my rental spotless before handing over the keys. We were charged over $600 dollars in repairs and cleaning! By repairs I mean light bulbs I could not reach and broken blinds that I indicated were broken on the day we moved in (which is documented) Then they charged me for cleaning and removing "nails" from the wall... There wasn't a single nail in the wall and I patched everything myself. As far as paint, contract said we weren't responsible for paint, but we were charged anyway. We were also charged for DUST!!! I dusted before giving the keys and steam cleaned tile and was still charged!!! Such a rip off. And I will do everything I can to get my money back. I took pictures of everything before I gave the keys over and everything g is spotless. Such a rip off. Not happy. Never was a day late on rent and we took care of the house... I mean it was spotless. I'd post pictures, but I don't want to compromise my case. Pictures will follow after I get my money back. Don't trust McKenna property management!!!
