  • This place is horrible. I purchased a new home and went there looking to buy some reasonable good quality furniture. I found some things I was looking for however my visit turned out to be a nightmare. I paid for everything in full cash the date they told me it would be delivered I didn't get the delivery. They ended up doing a partial delivery the mirror I ordered the hook on the back broke before I could get it on the wall, the chairs that go to the dining room table were all unsteady and the bar stools I purchased were damaged upon delivery. I had to take pictures of everything that was damaged and email them to the store. No one ever contacted me to say they received my emails, I had to contact them numerous times via email and phone calls regarding the emails I had sent and to see when my new merchandise would be replaced. There were a couple of times I called and was placed on hold and no one ever return to the phone. Whenever I did speak to someone I was always told it was on order. It was taking so long for me to get my merchandise that I actually had to go into the store just to find out it wasn't ordered. Now keep in mind I started this whole process with them in the early part of April and I just received my completed order July 12th. I think that is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. I will never shop there again, I will never refer anyone and I encourage you if you're planning to go there to purchase Quality Furniture don't waste your time. Jackie
