  • This appears to be the Mothership of Food City stores here in the Phoenix Valley. This place is GIGANTIC! Not only is it huge, but it's very clean, spacious, organized, and brightly lit. I had lunch there this afternoon, just wanted to try something different. At the deli counter (Tortilleria), I had a chile colorado burrito, and a half pound of shrimp ceviche. Fan-Frickin-Tastic!!!! The burrito was muxch better than some I've had in regular sit-down restaurants. The super friendly lady made the burrito fresh to order, with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, green salsa, and refried beans. And, the ceviche was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. Why buy jar salsa when you can get authentic and fresh salsas from the deli counter here? Next time you have a shindig, get some stuff from here. I will definitely be back here for some shopping and lunch. Most excellent.
