I have been through so much with this company, that today, I decided to cancel. Horrible customer service. My payment was declined because I got a new card, which is the reason it was declined. I was locked out of my account. No one called or email to let me know that my payment was declined a few months earlier, so the interest kept increasing. I paid the balance today, and thank you for locking me out of my account. You did me a huge favor.
