  • I purchased a chocolate dipped sprinkle cone at this store earlier this evening and had taken a bite out of it when I got home. Let's just say I was NOT THRILLED with the fact that the chocolate cone literally tasted like soap/cleaning solution. I had gone on Yelp to check the reviews to make sure I wasn't crazy and what do you know!? I am not the only one who has said this and it dates back to 2016!! I called the store to make a formal complaint and they said I could go back and get free ice cream. Why!? So I can get some more soap flavored ice cream?? Not only that but the person who works there that I talked to said this isn't the first time they had heard this!! Umm no thanks..
