  • Had a great experience here this visit. Luis helped me with a phone that really just quit functioning suddenly. I knew I needed a new one and he helped me with the best deal and transferring all my info over. In the past, I was told I had to do all of that at home but he helped me with the whole process. Not sure if that is standard now or if he helped on account of the trouble I was having? Either way he was patient and kind and even stayed about 30 min after closing to get me all set up without making me feel rushed. I had had a long long day so his assistance was greatly appreciated. I also walked out with a new ipad. I didn't really NEED it but his no pressure sales really worked! 4 stars only because Verizon pricing is still confusing but kudos to Luis who was awesome!
