  • Dump. Carpet is all stretched out and is black in many places where it should be green. Graffiti scratched all over elevator. Hide a bed doesn't work and is filthy. Grout missing between tiles in the bathroom and tile wobbles. Upstairs room is making pounding noises and shaking our whole room. I've called the desk at least 4 times and they won't do anything about it. I've got headphones on and still can't sleep. Noise went on until after 12:30 and started up again before 6:30 am! Loretta on the front desk took my complaint in the am. She has been wonderful. With the exception of who ever was on duty over night, the people here have been good and Loretta, excellent. The breakfast is really good. They seem to run a 3 day menu: scrambled eggs or waffles, French toast, biscuits and gravy, along with coffee, juice, fruit, mini muffins, toast, croissants, bagels, cereal, etc. The manager should train the night desk attendant better. Corporate should break loose with some cash for maintenance and this could earn 5 stars from me. Will upgrade my rating from 1 because Loretta has been so great. Family says wi-fi is very good.
