  • Pure Energy installed a solar water heater on my home 3 months ago. They also performed a weatherization package to seal up the homes leaks. Since they performed the work I'm saving an average of $70.00 a month on my electric bills. I never knew how much energy my water heater was really using. I've also noticed a lot less dust in my home since they sealed the ducts and attic. Who knew all that dust was actually coming in though my air ducts and ceiling. Oh yeah, so they also knocked on my door when I met them. Some random kid (nice guy, don't remember his name) gave me a sale pitch about no out of pocket costs. I thought it was too good to be true but, I figured I'd listened to the energy guy cause they promised it would only take a half hour. So the funny part is, if your a skeptic like me you know how many times over the next day I said im just going to cancel the appt, this is gonna be a waste of my time. well, for whatever reason, I got to busy and forgot, And now I'm so glad I didn't. This project really is paying for itself from month one and I haven't spent a dime to do it. Also it's good for the environment so I feel really good about it all. Side note, they took two hours longer on the install than they promised, but I passed my instpection first try from SRP, so not such a bad thing. Hope this helps other skeptics lol!!
