Here's my three star review:
Weeks prior to the massage, they were great to deal with on the phone and quick to accomodate to my changes. Star for that.
I decided to treat my boyfriend for his birthday to a deep tissue massage and get one for myself. First impression when I walked through the doors I felt the lobby was quite luxurious. The front-desk staff offered some warm towels for us to clean our hands. It was nice but I don't think it was quite necessary. After filling some forms we were sent to go on the floor with our changerooms and such.
The women's room was sweet: there's a hot tub to use, showers with high end shampoo/conditioner and soap, hair straighteners, razors to shave and even tampons for your womanly use.
Water therapies was a nice addition. Some another nice additions were a common area with a pool, hot tub and steam room.
I'm giving this review 3 stars because for such a pricey place, the quality of the massage was mediocre. I've paid a lot less for massages that left me feeling relieved and rejuvenated.
All in all, it would be a superb experience if the massage was amazing. After all, that's what I came here for.
