They provided great customer service and saved me from having to change a tire in 110 degrees heat. On the way to work this week, I got a tire pressure warning. Car didn't seem to be pulling to one side or the other, so assumed it was just the rapid change in weather, which sets it off sometimes. Went to check on it at lunch, and one tire was definitely lower than the others. So drove around the block to Firestone and said I had a slow leak. Service technician added air on the spot and said to come back tomorrow if it happened again. Sure enough, the pressure warning came on again. Turns out I had a nail. Rather than try to sell me a new tire, they plugged the hole at no charge and thanked me for giving them a try.
