  • Overpriced, we were longstanding loyal customers and loved the great customer service, empathy & care of the staff. However we were recently quoted $2100 to replace the alternator & compressor in our Honda. $2100 is allot of money for us so we went to for a second option at Ultimate Imports who informed us that our compressor did not need to be replaced. We needed our Alternator replaced only and David saved us $1300, which is allot of money to a family of four. disappointed and saddened
