  • In our modern society of modern screens and big corporations, sometimes we forget what customer service is all about. I came here to get my ears pierced and from the moment I opened the door, I was greeted warmly and started talking to the owner (i believe it was the owner) as if we knew each other for ages. He was incredibly respectful, asked what I was looking for so he could help me out and was very calm during the whole process. The man that provided the piercing (forgot your name brother, I apologize) was incredibly professional as well, even as a 27 year old big sized male, and with other piercings, every time I freak out in front of needles, he was very understanding and made sure to put me at ease,never looked at me in a judgmental or demeaning way, which was very nice of him. After I got my piercings I stayed and talked to them for a long time, they were just really enjoyable people to be around, if they had a bar there i'd probably stay there just shooting the crap with them all day long. Not at any moment did they push me into something I did not want, I received recommendations but I never got the "annoying sales vibe" you get from a lot of these places nowadays. Because of that I ended up buying some more stuff there. I am really glad I picked this place and the 5 star reviews here really do it justice!
