If I could give 0 stars, I would.
DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company.
I bought a livingsocial voucher for my parents for their Christmas present. I booked their services three weeks in advance. I get a call 4:30 pm THE DAY BEFORE their appointment saying that they didn't know how the online booking tool let me book services for that day, but that they don't have any staff available that day. I refuse, citing the unfairness of giving me less than 18 hours notice when they have a 24 hour cancellation policy themselves. The girl said she'd have a manager call me back. I waited an hour and still no call. I call the phone numbers listed on the website, nothing. Their mailboxes are all full. I call the girl back and she doesn't pick up until 6:30. She did tell me that they "worked something out" and would be available to accommodate my parents. I'm grateful because I had the whole day planned out for them -- lunch then a spa service then movie and a romantic dinner -- and any snag in the plan would mess it all up.
It gets to be the morning of and my brother picks them up (he was their chauffeur for the day) and they get to the address listed on the livingsocial voucher and the place is dark. I called the girl who contacted me the day before and she said that they do massages and spa treatments across the street in a sketchy house with a steep driveway. I couldn't find the address she gave me listed anywhere on their website. It was ridiculous. I'm not going to send my parents to a house for a massage when the business listed an different address. That's just creepy.
This whole situation was infuriating and heartbreaking and unprofessional. I am so angry and disgusted
