We took our two kids and three friends for the first time. We paid the $15 pp plus $2 each for socks which included the climbing wall area and an hour jump time.
It wasn't made clear that the hour time was to be split between the trampolines and the climbing area ( since it cost more than the one hour trampoline only pass we took it to mean one hour of jump time plus climbing time). After the kids finished jumping at the end of their hour they tried to go on the climbing walls for the first time. All of the employees were saying NO they couldn't climb because their time was up. This wasn't how we understood it and instead of explaining it to us the employees became rude and telling off our kids.
The manager told us it was fine for the kids to climb still but the young men running the climbing walls weren't listening at this point. They repeatedly told my son no your times up you can't go on the climbing walls.
we were very disappointed. It wasn't busy and the kids only wanted to try the walls for a few minutes until we left.
The owner ended up hearing us out and have is free passes to return but we suggested he should tell people when they paid that the one hour was for all of the equiptment and the trampolines. It was a nice new place but we didn't like how their policies were enforced by their rude staff.
