  • Absolutely loved my lash fill with Crystal. She's super amazing, as usual! Unfortunately the communication between the 2 locations continue to suffer b/c although the Henderson location says they give you $5 off for checking in & $10 off for writing in the check in (at any location, which was verified prior to THIS appt), apparently it isn't so and I'm finding this out NOW. Furthermore, the receptionists at Rainbow continue to setiously lack in customer service. I said before that I lived in Summerlin & drive all the way to Henderson's CLL b/c #1 of their customer service #2 their better quality of lash artists (Crystal is the ONLY one I'd recommend in the Rainbow location). This is beyond upsetting. Management needs to get these 2 locations together!! This nonsense makes me not want to ever step back into this location again!
