| - Stayed there for the night in June, and I experience the worse costumer service ever. OMG I know we all have bad days but you don't have to get it out on other people. The reception clerk was a woman with the worst attitude, it seems we bothering her by checking in. She didn't do any afford to find us room with refrigerators when asked (usually travel with my own food) her excuse was that she doesn't know which rooms had a refrigerator (not very convincing because there a thing called computer system).
The next morning we had to go to the airport, the driver, the attitude, I never seen anything like that. He was angry, irritated, frustrated, and he showed it By talking back, being very rood and disrespectful (at on point he pushed one lady of his way). And regards to his the, it was the worst van ride I ever had, he was speeding, cutting people off, taking the off ramp at high speeds.
Over all experience was bad, mainly because of costumer service.
