  • So, I must update my review...... I was contacted by Crystal @ BHRC, she saw my review on yelp & "felt terrible" that I had such a horrible experience & wanted the opportunity to make it right as they are under NEW MANAGEMENT! She expressed their desire to make the improvements necessary to become someplace I would enjoy going again. As a business owner myself, I would want the opportunity to make it right so I agreed to come in for another visit, not to mention they were offering me a discount :) Starting with making my appointment it was a completely different experience, they were very accommodating getting a time that worked for me was previously a challenge. Upon arrival I was greeted & taken back for my appt right on time. The room was ready & very clean. My IPL (chest area) was performed by a qualified technician & my results have been nothing short of amazing with almost all discoloration gone after only 1 treatment :) I was also getting Dysport as I am Botox resistant. Decided to do 2 areas instead of just the one I had scheduled & the Dr. went over all my options & was very thorough. I have also had very good results with my injections. I will definitely go back & if I ever have an issue or concern I know that Crystal is there to do whatever it takes to make it right! As a customer that really means alot to me! Thank you Crystal & all the girls that made my visit amazing! See you in a few weeks for my next treatment!
