  • This place is absolutely ridiculous. I would give negative stars if I could. Their Botox does not work. I was treated 4 times with no results at all. I was refunded for only one of the treatments, even though they admitted it was their fault that it didn't work . The manager admitted that they weren't keeping the Botox refrigerated at the correct temp and That hundreds of clients were complaining that it had no effect. Not a big deal. If you just refund me or communicate with me, I'm a happy customer. But I got no communication back. Which means I spent $350 for nothing and no result. The manager said he would refund me and retreat me and then literally never called or contacted me again, after about two months of phone calls from me to him and to the business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! there are too many other great places out there with product that actually works and staff that actually answers the phone when you call!! If Alvin mendieras , the manager calls you, don't be fooled, he will never call you back again
