  • From the first phone call to make an appointment I knew this place was completely different from any other tattoo parlor I'd ever been to or seen. Completely professional right from the start. Sometimes I feel that normal or not people with tattoos from head to toe get looked down in when hey go in for a scripture or something small- that did NOT happen here!! No judgment whatsoever! The building is a gem hidden in uptown Charlotte- I think the guys said it was built in 1890, and had been renovated. It was beautiful! And so clean and bright! Not only were the employees super professional, but my best friend and I made friends with some other clients right away...even their clients were cool The music was very chill and the overall vibe showed that the artists loved what they get to do for a living. We left happy with our choices, and already discussing plans to come back- even though we both live in other states. Side note: I'm currently sitting in another tattoo parlor in GA while my husband is getting a new one- and compared to Made to Last- I'm pretty much disgusted. Everything the people do here I'm comparing it to what the artists did last week and there is no comparison. I've been trying to get him to forfeit this place and make an appointment w/ Made to Last, but he's stubborn, so we'll see . I will most definitely go back to Made to Last for my next one.
