  • While the store was very busy, I was acknowledged by the manager, upon my arrival. I waited about 20 minutes. The five stars go to Sarai. She was is kind and patient as any customer could ask for. She was worth the wait, and gave me the service that I deserve. She answered all my questions and made everything easy for me. This will definitely be the Verizon store that takes care of everything I need. Thank you Sarai, for such outstanding service. Verizon is lucky to have you. That's a future manager in the making. No doubt!
