  • This has been some of the best and most understanding staff I have dealt with at a hotel. Steve, the manager personally came to help clean up after my 6 year old got sick. It wasn't pretty but he was such a gem. Reassured me that it wasn't a problem, after profusely apologized. He was so calm and collected. He even personally brought back some Sierra Mist, water, and crackers for my son, so I didn't have to leave his side. Would recommend him and the hotel to anyone visiting or just passing through.
