  • We were very disappointed in the level of care we received for our 6 yr old with Dr. Paulson. The office staff was apathetic, slow to respond, and careless. Dr Paulson originally treatment planned a round of antibiotics for a cyst, not listening that it hadn't changed for 6 weeks, and when we needed a different antibiotic 3 days later, he retracted his rec'dation for an antibiotic. He then proceeded to tell us that removal wasn't an option because of her age. The cyst is on her face btw--so he wanted a 6 yr old girl to walk around with a noticeable bump on her nose. After voicing our concern he gave us an antibiotic that would "not help", and sure enough it did nothing. So he took our money, and did absolutely nothing. We had it removed by Dr David Kelly, a plastic surgeon, 2 weeks later-- who treated us wonderfully and respectfully same- day! His staff was caring, considerate and professional! You should be ashamed of yourself and your staff Dr Paulson!
