  • I've been going here for a couple of years now, and was somewhat satisfied with the exterior service. Interior folks need retraining or something. Car always came back clean....except for the for the cup holders. They were never clean. Car usually was still dusty. I'm giving 3 stars (and not less) because of the way they handled a recent incident. While in their care, my car was hit by a truck that fell off the wash belt and went back into my car. The truck's tailpipe left a square hole in my front bumper. The folks there instantly called me and got me the incident report. After I got a damage estimate, they called me almost daily to keep me up to date on the check processing. They paid the full amount of the damage and gave me no run around.
