  • I went here a couple years back to get a facial before a family vacation, but didn't think to leave a review until now. It was supposed to be an hour-long facial. The girl came to me at 2:00pm to tell me it'll be a few minutes for her to get the room ready. I'm totally fine with that; I know thing happen to cause delays. She finally took me in at 2:15. I figured since it was her that caused the delay, my facial would run to 3:15 to still give me the hour. Nope, only 45 minutes. And I SWEAR I heard her texting on her phone while the creams and lotions were sitting on my skin. Not very professional. The overall place is VERY clean and a great place, but it wouldn't be my first choice for another facial.
