  • Work was requested for repair of a leaking toilet, which included to replace the internal parts and replace the supply line and shut off valve. In addition the toilet was not flushing properly because of a partial obstruction. the work was completed for a senior citizen and the total bill was $681.74. $225 for a ten minute auger of a toilet, $325 to replace and test the parts inside a toilet, and $95 dollars to replace the supply line and shutoff valve.The time spent by the plumber was only one hour on site. The charges are more than double what other plumbing businesses would charge. I contacted the owners, on behalf of my parents, repeatedly to request a partial refund or even a justified cost analysis but to date they are not returning my calls. Avoid this business!
