  • My flat mate and me are completely happy about our apartment at Atwater. The rent is very reasonable and electricity is included. Chilled air is provided during the summer months and heating during the winter. The amenities on property are superb. Gas grilles are located in most courtyards. One courtyard has colorful Adirondack chairs placed in a circle around a large fire pit. Another courtyard has a swimming pool. Dogs are allowed, and there is a great dog park (artificial grass area and a sawdust area on the western side of the complex. Neighbors are friendly, staff is cordial and accommodating. There is a shopping complex on the northern side of the complex. Restaurants, gyms, hardware store and 99cent Store. The neighborhood is plentiful with strip malls and more restaurants and gas station. I like living here.
