  • [BIKE REPAIR ONLY] Unlike Raj B. I hate the chaotic vibe and eccentric personalities of the bike shops, especially around Queen West where I live. Only Duke's stood out as a place where you felt like professionals were taking care of you. MEC approaches bike repair in much the same way that it approaches everything else - with a focus on customer satisfaction and longevity of product. Even when crazy backed-up they had my bike totally fixed (I blew out five spokes on my front wheel) within a few hours. Moreover, instead of just tossing on some new spokes, they retrued the wheel to make sure that everything would run smoothly. Friendly quick help - what more can you ask for??
