  • Dr. Helms is a rockstar! Christina, the assisting nurse, is hilarious and so sweet. The entire office staff put me at ease for my first pregnancy which made the whole experience more enjoyable. These ladies are such a joy to see every month that my husband tries to come with me whenever he can, just so he can joke around with them. The waiting room always has several other patients, but the wait has never been bad, 20 minutes at most. I think that's pretty tolerable given the office's proximity to the hospital. I delivered in June and ended up needing a C-section at the last minute. Dr. Helms is a C-section pro! The whole process was so quick and painless (gotta love that epidural ) and my recovery was so speedy. I will definitely be keeping Dr. Helms for my next pregnancy, and as my regular OBGYN. Love these ladies!
