  • If you read my past reviews, it is understandable to question why i keep coming back here. This kinda proves the error in yelp's star rating policy, but whatever; moving on with the review, today i came back to get an oil change. I received more than superior customer service that makes me want to come back from Sarah. Make sure she is in charge taking care of your car when you come in. She is HONEST and looking out for your and your car's best interest. She is detail oriented and wants to make sure everything that needs to be done by Jiffy Lube before returning your car to you is done. You definitely couldn't ask for more, because come on, let's be honest, an oil change is an oil change no matter the company that changes it. It is the customer service that brings you in and back. That's why 5 stars today. Thanks, Sarah!!!!
