  • I am not sure what all the five star reviews are about. I went to these guys twice the first time they painted my bumper and charged me $ 400. This was for only half the bumper not the entire thing paint is darker than the rest of the vehicle. Then there was some panel work that needed to be done they basically didn't do it and told me it couldn't be accessed but failed to advised me themselves. I had to ask for my money back. Went to them recently they told me $ 300 for two dents as a repeat customer? What makes it even worse she told me their dents start at $ 95 no matter how big or small? So I ended up going to Advantage dent repair he knocked out all three dents for less than $ 150 . Even knocked the dent out that they said they couldn't access on the back panel fender? She told me I needed Bodywork done on that entire panel and to save some money. The owner didn't remember who I was when I came back and the girl up front makes up all the numbers. The guy that actuall does the dent repairs is never there he so you can't talk to him. They don't even have a dent repair guy everyday you have to schedule it around there time but they over charge you. 45 mins it took advantage to take 4 dents out there is serously something wrong with this picture. I hope this review helps anyone that cares about there vehicle as much as I do. Its sad people take advantage of the consumer ..But not Advantage Dent repair :) I think for wasting so much of my time I think they should do my front bumper paint for free or at least dirt cheap. This is the most time consuming ridiculious experience I have ever had . Advantage came right to my home no inconvenience at all. I called them and advised them of the pricing I recieved from advantage . All they said was thats good and we will have to look into this . Which I am sure they won't they will move on without caring.
