  • I had dip powder nails for the first time here. The lady told me it will last three weeks and if it chips in that time to come back to be fixed for free. They lasted 8 days before chipping and cracking. I came back in to have those nails fixed and the same lady that told me they warranty the work shut me down right away. I showed her the nails that cracked and now is saying I have to return within one week to get it fixed for free and they will be charging me again to do them. She even stated how they do last three weeks but won't repair nails for free unless under a week. Her and another female went round and round with me. I told them then they should not tell people to come in if it chips in under three weeks. They refused still. Once I told them I don't have a great first impression of them and how I will be doing this review, they then agreed. She started lifting up my nail and said the woman who did mine will fix them. I decided to take my business elsewhere anyway. I shouldnt have to convince them for ten minutes to honor what they told me. I live 35 minutes away and told her how I passed a dozen places just to come here but will not be coming back.
