I'm not sure if it's the home warranty company...OneGuard...we have had Beyer out 4 times to fix our refrigerator, including the Wed before Memorial Day... now... The Tuesday after Memorial day... Five days later we have heard nothing back from either company. Our initial contact with OneGuard was six weeks ago to fix this... Having my refrigerator broke for six weeks doesn't seem like good customer service.... and it is still not working and we're not even on the schedule right now!
UPDATE: original call April 2017...still not fixed 6 weeks later and after 4 appointments and for service calls at my home... I have to take off work to be here... Last call was Wednesday, May 24... Today is Thursday, June 1... it's been eight days since our last service call... and nothing except... Were looking into it?? Six weeks and our refrigerator hasn't worked and you can't figure it out?? How long do we have to wait for you to research it or figure it out??
