  • This FedEx store will not ship your package if they don't think it's packaged properly. We had a defective, broken item to return to the manufacturer with a prepaid label. I packed it with crumbled up newspaper, and this store would not ship it unless the box didn't rattle at all. They even rudely opened my box, and wanted to charge me to repack it! So, I took my box to Office Max who scanned in my box with no hassle!
