  • I have to echo the other great reviews about this place. This gym is welcoming, clean, and has a good variety of new equipment. While not the biggest gym, it is still more than enough space, doesn't feel crammed, and you almost never have to wait to use any of the equipment when I'm there in the afternoon. This gym is not the closest to my house, but I make the trip because of the awesome owner, Quan. He is respectful, kind, helpful, and pretty much always there. Quan has been teaching a friend of mine and me MMA, and it is the most exhausting workout, but well worth it! He is a great teacher and works at your pace. It was something that I never thought I'd try and can't say that I'm any good at it, but it is a lot of fun and I am drenched in sweat at the end of each session. If you are thinking about trying this gym out at all, you really should give it a shot. It really has a great variety of classes besides the regular gym equipment, and the staff are exemplary.
