The space is beautiful, and the wine probably would have tasted okay if we had not been so discourteously rushed by an employee named Carmen. This older woman made it crystal clear that her job was to be out the door at 6pm. In petty Spanish she told us that accommodating our party of four that showed up at 5:15pm to an empty tasting room with hours from 10am-6pm was inconceivable, since she got off of work at 6pm and locked the door at that time. She refused to give us glasses to use when we asked to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy on the patio, and we ended up calling back out the cab who had dropped us off not ten minutes before. She was unmoved by my telling her that it was my birthday, and I had friends from the USA visiting over the Thanksgiving 2013 holiday.
Living in Chile, I got used to the poor customer service, but Carmen's treatment of us was easily one of the top five worst in my entire time there. Avoid this winery for employing people like Carmen.
