  • So the thing is, they are always super friendly nice people. I have always had very pleasant experiences with the staff. The services however are always just lack luster. I've had a massage, facial, and hair done at different times, by really nice people, and I've always left feeling like I paid a lot of money for nice people. The facial was the worst I've ever had, and the massage was double what I've paid for other amazing massages in the city. The space is beautiful. I just think they need to value experience & quality as much as they obviously value friendliness in their staff.
