| - Can we do 0 stars? Seriously, Yelp needs to institute this option...
Like many others who were foolish enough to buy package deal laser hair removal vouchers at this place, I also ended up encountering the incredible rudeness, arrogance and pushiness of the owner Marilyn Sepe. If it weren't for that, would have definitively given the place 2.5 stars as it's nice and other employees are generally polite and friendly.
The laser machine they have is top of the line and some of the employees that work there try hard to be thorough even if it is clear that not all are not full-fledged laser technicians (for such a small-ish place with one machine, there was quite a revolving door of faces - one girl who also works as a waitress elsewhere, another one who also does manicures, owner's daughter etc.).
Honestly, the results were OK-ish (could have been better if both skilled and not rushed, but still OK), but stars removed on account of incredible rudeness of Marilyn on two occasions where she was pushing hard sells on a lotion that I told her twice previously contains ingredient suspected to be cancer-causing that has been banned from use in cosmetics in both the EU and the US.
The woman is extremely confrontational and has also on 3 occasions insisted my hormones were to blame for not getting amazing results despite being assured otherwise and that treatments working great previously at other places.
The place is getting sold and they are not honouring any vouchers as of September 15, 2012 - get your refunds if you still can!
