To say things have certainly gone down hill in this store and customer service is extremely lacking is an understatement. I would recommended staying as far away from this store as possible.
Today, one of the employees returned a gift purchase to the original purchaser instead of giving me a gift card. The manager refused to help and they were less than apologetic about it. They essentially stole $300 from me and couldn't care less. To top it off: one of the employees called me the C*** word on my way out of the store.
If anyone has any electronics they need to purchase, I would be more than happy to meet you a few blocks down at Costco and let you use my card for free. We vote with our dollars and no one deserves to be treated the way I was today. Let's make sure businesses like this don't get rewarded for their behavior.
