| - Nice atmosphere. Service left a bit to be desired.
For a tea room- would be nice if someone brought you tea, or there is tea to choose from? I just saw water and a juice.
Facial- The lady who performed the facial was very nice and friendly. I would've liked to know the products she was using on me, usually a facialist will say "you have oily skin so I am using X.... There was also very little extraction, which is the main reason I get facials. She only did my nose. The massage was also quite weak, and lasted about 5 minutes.
I asked the facialist if I could have a robe, so I could go from facial to steam room, without having to get my body lotion all over my clothes. She told me to get one from the front desk. I ended up just getting dressed and leaving. This is a small detail, but it would've made my experience 10X better.
As I paid, she gave me a sample bag of product for "older" skin, at 25 with oily skin, that is hardly a concern, and would've liked product that worked for my skin type.
I don't think I would return, for the price, there are much better places for facials in Toronto
